| 白内障超声乳化联合负度数人工晶体植入术治疗
高度近视合并白内障的临床观察

目的：探讨白内障超声乳化联合负度数人工晶体植入术治疗，超高度近视的临效果。
方法：对98例116眼高度近视合并白内障患者行白内障超声乳化联合负度数人工晶体植入术。观察术前眼轴长度，视力及术后视力，最佳矫正视力和术后并发症等临床状况。术后18月随访。
结果：患者年龄48~76岁。眼轴27.53~33.21mm。术前视力光感~0.1，矫正视力光感~0.4，近视力光感~0.15，近视屈光度-8.00D~-27.00D。所有患者术后矫正视力均好于术前最佳矫正视力。术后最佳矫正视力0.1~1.0。术后裸眼视力≥0.3者50眼，占43.1% ；≥0.6者7眼，占6% 。
结论：白内障超声乳化联合负度数人工晶体植入术具有治疗白内障和矫正高度近视的双重效果。人工晶体的计算和高度近视眼底病变是影响视力的主要因数。该手术治 疗高度近视合并白内障安全有效。关键词：超声乳化 白内障 高度近视
Clinical observation of Phacomeulsification with Negative Intraocular Lens implantation treat high myopia mergence cataract

Objective: To investigative the clinical effect of phacomeulsi fication with negative intraocular lens implantation treat high myopia mergence cataract. Methods: 98 cases 116 eyes were high myopia with cataract treat with phacomeulsification with negative intraocular lens implantation operation. Observed axial length vision acuity distance and near. best corrected visual acuity and complication pre-operation and port-operation. Results: patients age are 48-76 years old, axial length is 27.53~33.21mm, uncorrected vision acuity LP~0.1,corrected vision acuity LP~0.4, near vision acuity LP ~0.15, patients with -8.00~-27.00D.
Post-operation corrected vision acuity was better than pre-operation correction visual acuity. best corrected vision acuity was 0.1~1.0. post-operation visual acuity was 0.3 or better in 50 eyes (43.1%) ,0.6 or better in 7eyes (6%). Conclusion: The operation possess double effect of treatment cataract and correction high myopia IOL count and high myopia retinopathy were main factors influence vision acuity the operation treat high myopia mergence cataract is effective and safeness.
