综合治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

[摘要]目的 探讨对各期翼状胬肉采取综合治疗的方法，结果。方法 追踪观察260（310只眼）不同方式翼状胬肉切除术联合应用丝裂霉素C，平阳霉素，角膜缘干细胞移植，羊膜移植。其中原发性234例,复发性26例,观察半年以上。结果 310只眼，12只眼复发，复发率为（3.8%）。其中原发性7只眼，复发性5只眼，复发率分别是（2.9%）（19.23%）。结论 综合治疗翼状胬肉，明显降低复发率，方法简单易行，值得推广。

[Abstract]
Objective-To study the methods and results of synethetic treatment of pterygium with different stages
Design-observed 310 eyes with different therapy for over half a year.The methods which were adopted including MMC was used in excision of pterygium, inject Pingyangmycin into subconjunctiva after operation,stem cell of cornea limbus transplantation and amnion transplantation after excision.
Results-12 of 301( 3.8%)was recurrent,in 12 of 7 were primary and 5 of 12 were recurrence.
Conclusion-The data shows that synethetic treatment which perform simply has obvous effect of decrease the recurrence rate and should be popularized.
