| 摘要：
目的 探讨青光眼滤过术后进行颞侧巩膜隧道切口白内障囊外摘除囊袋内人工晶体植入术得手术技巧和疗效
方法：对青光眼小梁切除术白内障142例（156眼）采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口及囊袋内人工晶体植入术，术后随访2-24个月，平均14个月
结果 白内障手术后患者视力均有不同程度提高，术后视力》0.2者未114眼，眼压稳定者132只眼，散光在0.5D内者106只眼。
结论：青光眼滤过术后颞侧巩膜隧道切口行白内障囊外摘除术囊袋内人工晶体植入术不影响原滤过功能，患者视力不同程度提高，手术并发症少，是行之有效的方法。

The effectiveness of temperal scleral tunnel incision ECCE and IOL implantation for cataract after glaucoma filtering operation

Abstract
Purpose: to study the effectiveness and technique of temperal scleral tunnel incision ECCE and IOL implantation for cataract after glaucoma filtering operation
Methods: the operation were perfiormed on 156 eyes with a preexisting filteration bleb in which at the temperal scleral tunnel incision was selected and follow-up for 2-24 months ,averaged 14 months .
Results :the postoperative visual acuity of all patients improved in different degree. % patients have vusual acuity >0.2 (114 eyes) .132 eyes have normal IOP .106 eyes has astigmatism less than 0.5D.
Conclusion: ECCE and IOL iplantation at the temperal scleral tunnel incision is an effective method for cataract patients after filtering operation.
