摘要 目的 探讨青光眼术后小瞳孔白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入术的手术技巧、观察术后视力、眼压变化。
方法：26例28眼青光眼术后小瞳孔白内障，采用颞侧反眉状巩膜隧道切口或透明角膜隧道切口行超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术，术后随访1-6月，平均3月。
结果：术后随访所有患者视力均较术前有不同程度的提高，92.8%患者术后矫正视力达0.1以上，所有患者术后眼压维持正常。
结论：术中避开滤过泡选择颞侧巩膜隧道切口行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术，可提高患者视力，保持滤过泡功能，不影响眼压的控制，手术安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of visual and IOP following cataract phacoemulsification after glaucoma surgery. Methods 28 eyes with cataract after glaucoma surgery have small incision phacoemulsification and IOL implanted .IN an average follow up period of 3 months (rang 1 to 6 months). Results The corrected visual acuity in 92.8% of the patients reached 0.1 or better .28 eyes has normal IOP . Conclusion For cases with complicated cataract after glaucoma surgery, phacoemulsification with IOL implantation is safe and effective ,for it can improve the postoperative visual acuity and maintain the function of filtering bleb without affecting the control of IOP.
