| 手术护士安装人工晶体入植入器对白内障人工晶体植入术的影响 |

| 目的：评价手术过程中器械护士安装人工晶体入植入器对于白内障手术的影响。
对象和方法：对2005年4月至2006年4月连续就诊于北京大学眼科中心的72名患者（54～75岁，69.9±7.1岁）144只眼的白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体手术进行观察，患者左眼手术时由器械护士安装Sensar AR40e晶体(AMO公司)入Unfolder Silver植入器（AMO公司），右眼手术时相同人工晶体由术者安装入Unfolder Silver植入器，手术时间自手术切口至起，结膜下注射止，所有手术由相同术者和器械护士完成，分别记录手术时间。术后第1天和第1周测量两组最佳矫正视力、眼压以及房水闪辉进行比较。
结果：器械护士安装晶体（8.6±1.9分）较由术者安装（12.0±2.7）手术时间明显缩短（P＝0.001<0.05）,而两组术后最佳矫正视力、眼压以及房水闪辉等均没有明显差异。
结论：器械护士安装人工晶体与术者安装人工晶体相比，可以明显缩短白内障超声乳化手术时间，提高手术效率。
Purpose: To evaluate whether the intraocular lens(IOL) loaded by the nurse will influence the quality of phacoemulsification plus IOL implantation.
Methods：Consecutively 144 eyes were selected from 72 senile cataract patients who had performed phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in Peking University Eye Center, aged from 54 to 75(69.9±7.1 years old). Each was assigned to receive Sensar AR40e（made by AMO). In the operation, all the IOLs of the left eyes were loaded by the same nurse and the IOLs of the right were loaded by the same operator. The operation duration was timed from making incision to subconjunctiva injunction. One day and one week after the operation, the eyes underwent several tests including best corrective visual acuity(BCVA), the intraocular pressure(IOP) and aqueous flare. Then statistical analyzing need to be done.
Results：The operation duration of the group in which the intraocular lens were loaded by the nurse is shorter than the group by the operator(P value<0.05). There is no significant difference of BCVA, IOP and aqueous flare between the two groups (P value>0.05).
Conclusion: The way that the IOL is loaded by nurse can decrease the duration of phacoemulsification plus IOL implantation.
