首先将这4个dic文件解压到: (win2000 in c dics)
c:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof\
如果系统在D：盘，就将c:\改为d:\; 然后操作如下： (Word? 97/2000/XP/2002) 1. Start Word? (if it is not already open) -- 启动word
2. Click the Tools choice from the menu bar -- 选"工具"菜单
3. Click Options choice from the Tools menu -- 选"选项"
4. Click the Spelling and Grammar Tab -- 选 "拼写与语法"
5. Check the Always Suggest checkbox (if it is not already checked)
-- 如果"总是提出更正建议”项没选中，请选
6. Uncheck the Suggest from Main Dictionary Only checkbox (if it is not already unchecked) -- 如果"仅根据主词典建议”项选中，请去掉该选项
7. Click the Dictionaries button -- 按"字典"按钮
8. Check the checkboxes for the needed files : -- 查看新字典是否出现并选中
如果一切正常应该出现下面4个字典 (如图)
medwrds1.dic
medwrds2.dic
medwrds3.dic
medwrds4.dic
To activate them
如果没有出现新字典，手工添加：
按“新建”按钮，然后找到.dic文件(路径为你解压时的路径),依次添加！
9. Click the OK button -- 如果都正确，按"OK"
10 . “键入时拼写检查"项可选可不选！
11. OK!
