| 摘要 目的：分析准分子激光原位磨镶术（lasik）治疗近视及复性近视散光术后散光的影响因素。方法：采用相同自动旋转型微型角膜板层刀对200例（400只眼）患者行lasik手术，记录术中患者配合情况、角膜瓣大小及角膜切削区直径大小，记录术后第一天，第10天，第1、3、6月，1年的视力、屈光度，术后角膜瓣复位情况、角膜光滑程度、角膜地形图。结果：Lasik手术第一天散光发生率较高达61.5%，单纯近视及复视近视散光无明显差异。随着时间的推移散光率逐渐减少，术后10天34%，但术后一年散光超过0.50D38眼（19%）结论：Lasik术后散光的因素与术中患者配合程度,术前患者散光度数,患者的年龄，术者的经验，角膜瓣的质量等因素有关.

Record patients’ cooperation, corneal flaps, corneal carve diameter and record their visual ,their refraction after lasik of the first, tenth day. Of the first, third, sixth month, of one year.. Results the rate of astigmatism in the firet day after lasik is 61.5%. spherical myopic and compound myopia haven|’t apparent difference. Astigmatism increased with the day pass,after one year it(>=0.50) is 38 eyes. And the rate is 19%. Conclusion Causes of astigmatism after lasik are related with patients’ cooperation and their’ astigmatism magnitude aand their ages ,operation’ experience, corneal flaps’ quality and so on .
