【摘要】目的:探讨硅油取出术后眼屈光状态的变化。方法：通过对37例玻璃体切除术合并硅油填充术前双眼屈光状态相同的患者行硅油取出手术前/后视网膜复位且屈光介质透明的眼进行检影验光，角膜曲率测量，及A型超声检查，研究硅油取出术后眼的屈光状态。结果：A型超声检查： 硅油取出术后有晶状体眼眼轴长度为23.29±1.38mm,对侧未手术眼23.04±1.58mm,二者相比无显著差异（P＞0.05）；角膜曲率：硅油取出术后一个月角膜曲率为43.25±2.09，对侧未手术眼为42.62±1.97，二者相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；硅油取出术后眼晶状体厚度平均为3.97±0.34，而对侧未手术眼的平均晶状体厚度为3.39±0.02mm，两者相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；硅油填充眼的屈光度平均为+7.46±3.05D,硅油填充眼屈光度和未行硅油填充术前相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），硅油取出术后眼的屈光度比行玻璃体切除术前平均改变了－3.39D±2.93D,硅油取出术后和患眼玻璃体切除术前屈光度之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：硅油取出术后眼的屈光状态表现出一定程度的近视改变。研究硅油取出术后眼的屈光状态有助于预测硅油取出术后眼的屈光度。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the refractive state of intraocular silicone oil removal eyes.Methods:To perform retinoscopy,keratometry and axis oculi measurement on 37 preoperative/postoperative intraocular silicone oil removal eyes after pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) and silicone oil tamponade about average 6 months.Results:Diopter of silicone oil tamponade eye is +7.46±3.05D,After the operation of silicone oil removal,diopter increase －3.39D±2.93D than preoperative diopter. Conclusion: Myopic changes are found in silicone oil removal eyes. This maybe helpful in predicting the change of diopter of silicone oil removal eyes.
