| 目的：观察无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果并介绍改进的手术操作方法方法：42眼行无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术，术中均行Tenon＇s囊与球结膜分层无张力对位缝合并加用闭睑线，术后抗炎治疗， 3周后配置义眼模片，回顾分析其临床效果。结果：行无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的42眼经2-19个月的随访观察，无一眼出现结膜裂开和植入物的暴露。结论：无包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术是值得推广的手术方式。
［Abstract］objective: To observe the effect of embedding unwrapping hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit and introduce the improved means of operation. Methods: 42 cases were enbedded unwrapping hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount in orbit and some details of surgical techniques were improved during operation (such as subconjunctiva and conjunctiva were sutured respectively and eyelids suture) All cases were dealed with antibiotic postoperatively and assemblied artificial eye 3 weeks later. Results: 42 cases were followed up 2-19 months,there is no case with conjunctival rupture and inplants exposure. Satisfactory effects were achieved in all patient. Conclusions: Bared hydroxyapatite artificial eye mount implantation method deserves population. |
