Aim: To investigate the anti-angiogenesis capacity of Tetramethylpyrazine (TMPz) on the vascularization in CAM(chick embryo chorioalletoic membrane) model and its impact on the human retinal capillary endothelial cells（HRCECs）form tube-like structure on Matrigel.
