Objective To evaluate the effect of LR and LR+G on corneal endothelium during phacoemulsification.
Methods In a prospective clinical study, senile cataract undergoing phacoemulsification were divided into two irrigating solution groups, LR and LR+G. Uncontact specular microscopy is used to detect the endothelial cell density, the cell average area ,and the corneal thickness preoperatively, at postoperatively 1 day and 3 month, respectively.
Results In two groups, the morphologic changes of corneal endothelium are significant. But LR caused a more significant loss in the cell average area and a decrease in the cell density. At 1 day after surgery, corneal thickness of both groups significantly increased and the percent change of thickness in LR group was more significant. After 3 months, the postoperative pachymeter was similar with the preoperative in two groups.
Conclusion During phacoemulsification. both LR and LR+G damaged the corneal endothelium and LR is more significant. On maintaining the dehydration of corneal endothelium ,beteween the LR and LR+G group have no differences.
目的 (LR液) 和乳酸林格液加50 %葡萄糖1ml (LR + G液)对角膜内皮的影响。
方法 白内障超声乳化手术45例分为2组,分别采用LR和LR+G灌注液。用非接触式角膜内皮计于术前、术后第 1天和 3月进行测量。
结果 两组术后角膜内皮细胞密度降低,细胞平均面积增大。但LR+G组的损伤程度小于LR组( P < 0.05) 。术后第1天,两组的角膜厚度增加,LR+G组厚度增加率小于LR组( P < 0.05) 。3月后,角膜厚度恢复至术前水平。
结论 LR+G和LR液均对角膜内皮造成损伤,但LR+G组影响小。评价白内障超声乳化手术中乳酸钠林格液 |
