| 摘要 目的 观察眼内容物摘除及视神经切断术HA义眼台植入的临床效果。方法41例眼内容物摘除及视神经切断术，Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期巩膜腔内植入HA义眼台。结果 随访6个月～4年,3例HA义眼台排出，余均获得满意效果。结论 眼内容物摘除及视神经切断术HA义眼台植入使眼球饱满，运动良好，外观对称。为减少HA义眼台排出不能过早戴义眼片。
Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effects of the HA implant through evisceroneurotomy. Methods 41 cases of evisceroneurotomy were done and the intrascleral HA implant was put in in the first or second terms .Results After a follow-up of 6 months～4 years, no extrusion of the implant occurred except 3 cases. Conclusion The HA implant through evisceroneurotomy made the eyeball full, soundly mobile,symmetrical in appearance.To avoid the extrusion of the implant, it was necessary not to wear ocular prosthesis too early . |
