目的 探讨LASIK术前术中的注意事项，及手术后可能发生的并发症及处理 方法 本篇论文专访台湾诺贝尔眼科机构中所有执行LASIK手术医师专访，对LASIK术前术中术后所有注意事项作综合整理后，提出建议报告
结果 1.LASIK手术前以病人的筛选及手术咨询，完整的术前检查，激光手术室条件的安全设定为重点 2.术中则以病人的麻醉消毒，开眼器及角膜标记，角膜瓣的制作、复位、清洗，及激光执行中的稳定为重点 3.手术后产生的并发症则以感染、角膜间面的碎片、角膜上皮内生、角膜上中央小岛、角膜瓣折痕、角膜瓣遗失、角膜瓣融化、角膜混浊、屈光度数矫正不足，屈光度数过度矫正及不规则散光 讨论 做为一位眼科屈光手术医师，应在术前对病人做详细的评估与咨询，术中必须仅慎操做并充分了解手术后可能出现的并发症，在最大程度上减少并发症的发生或即使发生后能正确处理，如此一来不但可以大大提高LASIK手术后的安全性及成功率，并可提升病人的满意度 The Prevention and Management of Complications of LASIK Surgery

Purpose : To discuss about the common complications of LASIK surgery , and propose some substantial methods to prevent and manage them . Method : We invite 8 LASIK surgeons in our Nobel Eye Institute in a academic plan to investigate what are their most common LASIK complications and what are their plans that they normally make , and we finally do a statistical report for refractive freshman doctors’ references Result : There are many common complications easily happened in LASIK operation in either pre, intra and post steps, therefore some methods must be noted such as correct refraction check up , adequate eye anesthesia and hygiene , perfect flap making with fine microkeratome , dedicate laser ablation with functional laser machine as well as best post operation care . Discussion : LASIK surgery is more and more popular in global Chinese eye doctors , however , the knowledge of preventions as well as the managements of complications are also important , in this report , we offer our clinical experiences for those who are interested with this kind of operation and hopefully , wish to do some contributions for Chinese ophthalmologists .
